our story
In 2017 we devised a robust 10 year business plan to create a sustainable property development and investment business. The plan builds on the transferable skills developed in business and education, combined with the determination to get things done, always guided by a strong ethical and moral compass and a desire to make a difference.
We have a strong work ethic and an ability to quickly turn theory into practice. Between 2017 and 2023 we built a modest portfolio of HMOs with the purchase and full refurbishment of 9 Victorian properties, creating 60 modern and desirable HMO rooms. We used our own capital and SSAS pension to achieve this, being respectful of our private investors, we wanted to take all of the risk whilst proving our model.
In 2023 we established a lettings and management business to complement our HMO business. We also started the acquisition of property for children in care; initially 4 houses, with an agreement to provide a further 9 in 2024. It is these projects which provide an opportunity for private investors, including those interested in owning a majority equity stake.
We want to work with ethical investors to create a meaningful positive social impact by providing children in desperate situations with the opportunity to turn their lives around. If you’d like to know how you could help please reach out using the contact details below.
