In recent days we’ve seen an upturn in the number of opportunities we’ve been able to create. What stands out is the quality of these opportunities as we’re talking to the seller directly and therefore able to explain our philosophy of shared value, have a realistic conversation about price and convey our professionalism and core values of honesty and integrity. These are our key differentiators and are a blunt instrument unless we can get directly in front of the seller.

A supermarket with several flats above in a “distressed” state – our perfect scenario.
A run down factory unit in an otherwise residential area. Prime development opportunity and a likely profit share with the seller.
A town centre nightclub with development potential to several flats.
A house on a large plot with development potential. Increase in value would be shared with the seller.
A run down bungalow needing a full refurbishment to create enhanced value, which again we would seek to share with the seller.
